What you will do

• Architect and refine hirify.global's iOS app and supporting embedded mobile web views.
• Scale foundational services including push notification systems, accessibility, and localization.
• Enhance mobile infrastructure, including build pipelines, testing automation, and the release process.
• Utilize AI agents as a multiplier to deliver high-quality output quickly.
• Collaborate with Product, Identity, Security, and Infrastructure teams to solve technical pain points.
• Advocate for architecture best practices and mentor other engineers within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years in mobile software engineering overall.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Swift and iOS software engineering.
• Proficiency in iOS testing frameworks and a solid understanding of best practices.
• Experience developing platform components that enhance scalability, consistency, and performance.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing environments, and release orchestration.
• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools to track app health and engagement.
• Experience working at scale on apps spanning multiple teams and feature areas.
