What you will do

• Design and own growth surfaces across the mobile funnel, including onboarding, lifecycle, and paid upgrade moments on iOS.
• Lead end-to-end experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation to implementation and analysis.
• Develop in-app purchase and paywall surfaces, billing integrations, and pricing experiments.
• Build high-engagement push and lifecycle notification experiences with deep-linking.
• Collaborate with web and design teams to ensure cross-platform consistency across iOS, Android, and web.
• Optimize app store performance (ASO) and attribution metrics to improve install-to-activation rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional mobile engineering experience shipping consumer apps at scale on iOS.
• Strong native skills in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.
• Experience owning the full release cycle, including store review and crash monitoring.
• Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely).
• Ability to perform data-informed decision-making by segmenting and interpreting funnel data.
• Must be based in the U.S. to qualify for the listed compensation range.

Nice to have

• Experience on a growth or experimentation-heavy team.
• Deep expertise with in-app payments and mobile attribution stacks (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• ASO experience including store listing experiments and localized metadata.
• Ability to contribute to backend or web stacks to unblock end-to-end delivery.
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
