What you will do

• Lead and manage testing teams and QA professionals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and end-to-end (E2E) test plans.
• Oversee risk identification, bug lifecycles, and define release procedures.
• Act as a strategic bridge between technical and non-technical teams, providing clear reporting on quality metrics.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Expertise in functional, non-functional (performance, security), and automation testing.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, Selenium, and Postman.
• Competence in Web Service testing (Postman/SoapUI) and front-end automation (Selenium/Playwright).
• Proficiency in SQL and navigating AWS/Azure DevOps environments.
• Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with browser and OS testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack) and accessibility testing.
• Knowledge of the Product Operating Model.
• Experience with test case management tools like Xray.
• Familiarity with log extraction and querying using Cloudwatch, Opensearch, and Kibana.
