What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end and integration test scenarios for complex Salesforce and enterprise workflows.
• Develop strategic test plans and define quality gates to ensure alignment across multiple teams.
• Analyze defect trends and quality metrics to identify system issues and process improvements.
• Assess release readiness based on data-driven quality risk evaluations.
• Mentor less experienced QA engineers and contribute to testing standards and community practices.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Must be permanently located in Romania.
• 8+ years of experience in QA engineering.
• Strong proficiency in test design, risk-based testing, and release quality assessment.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, web services, and SQL/SOQL for data validation.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and lead cross-functional testing initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for explaining technical quality risks.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Java-based automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in regulated environments (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with security testing.
