What you will do

• Plan test phases and design comprehensive test concepts.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and SAP GUI testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze requirements and identify automation opportunities across the test pyramid.
• Provide clear and actionable defect reports to ensure product quality.
• Select and implement appropriate automation frameworks based on product needs.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience in Test Automation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with the Playwright automation framework.
• Experience with SAP GUI testing and SAP GUI test automation.
• Strong understanding of API testing (e.g., Bruno) and version control systems (Git).
• English: Proficiency in verbal and written communication required.

Nice to have

• German language skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking field.
• ISTQB certification or similar credentials.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and containerization (Docker).
