What you will do

• Work with backend to ensure agent suggestions are valid, performant, and aligned with architectural blueprints.
• Modify existing Java and Python services to improve agentic logic and performance.
• Validate pipelines and drive architectural alignment for the features you work on.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of agentic remediation capabilities.
• Collaborate directly with a dedicated product manager and UX designer.
• Build telemetry pipelines to distinguish “Bad UX” from “Bad Code” using metrics that matter.

Requirements

• 4+ years building web applications with React and TypeScript, writing clean and reliable code.
• Comfort working in Java and Python codebases to support frontend features.
• Practical understanding of Git workflows, PR experience, and integrations with GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong focus on developer experience and how developers review code.
• Experience or interest in human-in-the-loop systems and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of verification debt and how to verify correctness (tests, AST analysis, gated PRs).

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tooling, CI/CD platforms, or UI for AI workflows.
• Experience with a cloud platform like AWS or GCP.
