What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate features for a web-based reporting solution for business customers and service teams.
• Build high-performance backend services and optimize data queries.
• Implement user-friendly frontend elements and ensure quality through pairing and reviews.
• Design and run robust data processing pipelines.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage releases, and participate in a regular on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
• Familiarity with containers, version control, and modern delivery practices.
• Must be based in Switzerland to work from the office or home office.
• Very good English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with React.
• Knowledge of German or French.
