What you will do

• Own initiative delivery end-to-end, moving initiatives from discovery/rollout/development to shipped outcomes.
• Partner with other PMs on shared initiatives with joint ownership.
• Translate discovery research and requirements into clear specs, prioritized backlogs, and phased rollout plans.
• Manage a squad’s roadmap with the Engineering Manager, balancing new development with platform rollouts and validation/deduplication work.
• Define success metrics, track progress against rollout milestones, and communicate risks/blockers proactively.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Manager executing multiple concurrent initiatives at different maturity stages.
• Ability to pick up initiatives already in flight (discovery outputs, partial specs) with minimal handoff friction.
• Comfort working across functional domains and translating operational/user needs into engineering-ready product requirements.
• Strong communication skills to align regional and platform stakeholders on priorities and rollout sequencing.
• Proactive, self-driven execution from discovery to shipped without heavy oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with app development, especially for partner-facing and in-store mobile experiences.
