What you will do

• Own and execute the Saudi Arabia strategy, ensuring the Middle East business aligns with overall company goals.
• Build and deliver a revenue growth strategy with clear targets for the Saudi Arabia market.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
• Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners; ensure effective brand positioning in Saudi Arabia.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team; implement performance metrics and process improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tech, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
• Extensive knowledge working in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record owning and growing a regional P&L.
• Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
