Software Engineer (DS Team)

What you will do

• Transition ML workloads from research to production, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain ML services, their infrastructure, and monitoring across the full lifecycle.
• Integrate ML into production systems in close collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.
• Own ML data infrastructure and tooling, transforming unstructured data into analysis-ready formats.
• Support data scientists by improving code readability and maintainability, raising software engineering standards across the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a software engineer with hands-on experience in the ML domain.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOLID, clean code, architecture).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or another STEM field.
• Solid understanding of core ML concepts and experience deploying models into production.
• Experience building services/tools that track the ML lifecycle and optimize ML workloads.
• Experience with AWS, specifically EKS.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating MLOps tooling (experiment tracking, data versioning) and CI/CD practices.
• Ops experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Data science exposure, especially deploying and maintaining models.
