Salary: €2,800–€3,200 gross/month.

What you will do

• Develop short-form, high-converting video ads tailored to various digital platforms.
• Transform marketing goals and performance insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Manage the full creative lifecycle, including ideation, storyboarding, production, and final delivery.
• Test new formats, hooks, and creative angles to identify high-performing content.
• Analyze creative performance metrics to iterate and improve future advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent visual identity and brand alignment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused design.
• Ability to manage projects from initial concept to polished final assets.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment and iterate based on performance data.
