Salary: Up to 24,000 PLN/month (+VAT)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Work within a microservices architecture, handling both maintenance and greenfield projects.
• Optimize and continuously improve existing systems while building new features.
• Take full ownership of solutions from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with PMs, QAs, and other developers to create an optimal user experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in software engineering with impactful contributions.
• Strong proficiency in system design and making architectural decisions.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Confident English for communicating complex technical concepts.
• Must be located in Warsaw to visit the office 4 days a week.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
