Senior IAM Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and own the IAM governance model, principles, and a multi-year strategic roadmap.
• Design and operate the enterprise access review and certification framework to ensure audit-ready evidence.
• Lead Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediate conflicts across core business applications like Workday, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
• Own engineering standards and roadmaps for Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, including SSO, SAML/OIDC, and SCIM.
• Operationalize Just-In-Time (JIT) admin access and build governance for Non-Human Identities (NHI).
• Serve as the primary IAM interface for Internal Audit to support SOX, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management, with 2+ years leading IAM governance or strategy.
• Proven experience designing RBAC models and entitlement rationalization at an enterprise scale.
• Operational expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, including Conditional Access and federation.
• Experience with privileged access tooling (Entra PIM, Okta privileged access) and secrets management.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate technical decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work model.
