What you will do

• Review and interpret syndicated and bilateral multi-product loan agreements ensuring adherence to LMA/LSTA templates.
• Manage deal intake and maintenance in LoanIQ to maintain the highest standards of data quality.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflows and queries with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Global Services & Operations (GSO) hubs.
• Maintain a robust control environment to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Identify potential operational risks and escalate issues promptly to minimize error costs.
• Contribute to project-related activities and fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in financial services with extensive knowledge of end-to-end loan execution.
• Strong exposure to deal structures and the full loan lifecycle.
• Experience interpreting loan documentation, preferably from a front-office or lending background.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across different locations.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid model).
