Senior Fullstack Developer / Technical Lead (AI)

Location: Remote, open to qualified applicants based in Romania

What you will do

• Own cross-project architecture covering data models, authentication, access control, logging, and deployment.
• Build and maintain asynchronous Python services backed by PostgreSQL.
• Define code review and architectural standards across projects.
• Own CI/CD, DevOps processes, release strategy, and infrastructure including databases, virtual machines, storage, backups, and observability.
• Develop a governed data-to-content pipeline for AI-driven knowledge generation.
• Implement cybersecurity and responsible AI controls while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with asynchronous Python and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL data modeling and optimization, scalable HTTP/JSON API design, and modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using ES modules.
• Knowledge of web security, including OIDC/OAuth2, JWT, and RBAC.
• Strong Git and CI/CD expertise, with Docker, Linux, and Bash fundamentals.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, handling structured outputs, and parsing PDF, DOCX, HTML, and other structured or unstructured content.
• Comfort working across databases, object storage, and Git, with interest in AI pipeline evaluation and observability.

Nice to have

• C#/.NET/PowerShell experience at review level.
• Node.js for tooling and document generation.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, Model Context Protocol, or programmatic document and presentation generation.
