Management Accountant (Marketing Agency)

What you will do

• Independently prepare monthly management accounts, including general ledger reviews, manual journals, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
• Manage timely month-end and quarterly reporting, including the input of packages into the WPP Group reporting tool.
• Ensure strict adherence to the SOX compliant control environment.
• Support year-end and interim audits by reviewing actuals and ensuring a full audit trail.
• Assist the Financial Controller with quarterly reforecasting and the preparation of the annual budget.
• Provide general finance support to the wider agency and handle intercompany purchase orders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance function, preferably within an agency environment.
• Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in accounts preparation.
• Proficiency with Excel and professional accounting software.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in London and able to work in the office average 4 days a week
