What you will do

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Define, track, and optimize key KPIs, including retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, and churn.
• Build BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on player journeys, game performance, and promotional campaigns.
• Evaluate feature impact and new releases through A/B tests in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in iGaming or fintech.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-based analytics tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Understanding of casino/sportsbook mechanics and player monetization models.
• Experience with Python or statistical tools.
