Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland (Hybrid/Onsite role).

What you will do
- Lead the design and development of complex Android features for a flagship mobile application.
- Architect real-time video streaming solutions using Android media frameworks and native integrations.
- Own the full project life cycle from architecture to deployment.
- Define best practices for UI performance and modern Android architecture.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
- Contribute to cross-functional architectural decisions impacting the entire platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
- Deep proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
- Strong command of asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and complex backend integrations.
- Proven track record of building production-quality, scalable Android applications.
- Must be based in or able to work from the office in Kraków, Poland.
Nice to have
- Deep video streaming expertise (MediaCodec, HLS, RTSP, WebRTC).
- Experience with Android NDK/JNI and Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with IoT protocols or smart home ecosystems.
