What you will do

• Own investments through evaluation, execution, value creation, and portfolio management.
• Lead commercial and technical analysis, investment models, scenarios, sensitivities, pricing, and deal positions.
• Advise the Board, C-suite, department heads, Investment Committee, lenders, investors, and other counterparties.
• Lead investment papers, approval processes, and recommendations covering value, risk, and pricing.
• Shape capital structure and financing strategy across debt and equity while monitoring portfolio and pipeline risks.
• Apply knowledge of Southeast Asian regulation and power markets and coach junior team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of investment and transaction experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, consulting, or a related field.
• Track record of leading renewables, energy transition, or infrastructure transactions through approval and close, ideally in Southeast Asia.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Expert-level financial modelling skills and technical fluency to engage engineering teams and advisors.
• Ability to frame commercial and technical problems as optimisation problems and lead value-maximising analysis.
• Credibility with board-level audiences, including making clear recommendations and maintaining a position under challenge.
• Experience working across cultures, functions, and international matrix organisations.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools and fluency in English.
