What you will do

• Develop, train, and maintain AI solutions focusing on NLP, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Design and implement generative AI solutions including RAG, LLM APIs, and model optimization techniques.
• Research and enhance machine translation (MT) quality through evaluation methodologies and targeted studies.
• Manage data quality and integrity, implementing mechanisms to detect and mitigate model bias.
• Propose technical architectures for AI solutions and coordinate implementation with engineering teams.
• Implement MLOps and AI governance to automate the ML lifecycle and ensure compliance with the AI Act.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, spaCy, and NLTK.
• Expertise in ML algorithms (k-NN, SVM, Neural Networks) and Generative AI (LLMs, SLMs).
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI Studio.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Hive, Pig, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow and Kubeflow.
• Experience in corpus-based linguistics and alignment models.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI tools (AIF360, Fairlearn) and explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME).
• Certifications: AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, or SAS AI/ML.
