What you will do

• Execute daily production activities to meet manufacturing schedules and department goals.
• Assemble, package, and prepare products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain product quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively, following established procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (housekeeping standards).
• Support cross-training, onboarding/training of new team members, and continuous improvement activities.
