What you will do

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex automation solutions leveraging enterprise platforms.
• Manage technical assessments, project planning, and provide accurate effort, cost, and risk estimations.
• Oversee project delivery and operational activities to ensure compliance with SLAs, security, and budgets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders during governance meetings and pre-sales activities.
• Lead, organize, and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with architects and third-party partners to evaluate technologies and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in advanced automation platforms and IT infrastructure architecture.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing stakeholder engagement.
• French and English: Minimum B2 level required for daily client communication.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Katowice office regularly.
• Deep understanding of SLA-driven service delivery and operational governance.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, governance, and security frameworks.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• ITIL v4 certification.
• Additional certifications in Cloud, Security, or Infrastructure Architecture.
