Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk or Warszawa (2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: 800–900 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Monitor and support critical Mainframe production environments.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and operational issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to drive problem resolution.
• Support batch processing and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to maintain service stability.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and IMS.
• Experience with Base SAS.
• Capability to use TSO/ISPF and SDSF for dataset browsing and system monitoring.
• Experience with tools like OPC/TWS, Abend aid, and File Aid.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Gdańsk or Warszawa.
• English proficiency required for daily international communication.
