What you will do

• Own and administer the enterprise security awareness platform, including training campaigns and platform optimisation.
• Design and execute phishing, vishing, and smishing simulations to identify behavioural trends.
• Build human risk insights, dashboards, and reporting to inform leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with SOC and Threat Intelligence teams to translate emerging threats into people-focused interventions.
• Develop and maintain human risk registers and behavioural risk models.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual security awareness sessions for employees.

Requirements

• Experience in cyber security, security awareness, or human risk management.
• Hands-on experience managing awareness campaigns within large or complex organisations.
• Ability to analyse simulation findings and translate them into measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills for building reporting frameworks and risk metrics.
• Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in Victoria, Australia for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence feeds, or behavioural analytics.
• Experience with human risk quantification tools.
