Focus on maintaining accurate worker records, coordinating compliance activities, and engaging stakeholders to ensure adherence to the SOCI Act.

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Support the rollout of the SOCI program by identifying critical workers and managing compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and process documentation for program delivery.
• Manage critical workforce data, ensuring validation and accuracy for compliance requirements.
• Coordinate lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and background screening.
• Monitor compliance activities, prepare dashboards, and escalate risks or data issues.
• Develop procedures and training materials to drive operational readiness and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in HR administration, compliance, or operations within a large, complex organization.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data confidentially.
• Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, and data auditing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SOCI or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with data governance and privacy requirements.
