What you will do

• Manage complex engineering projects for electronic sensors, overseeing progress, costs, and stakeholder communication.
• Direct project staffing, motivate team members, and develop professional talent within the project team.
• Coordinate with customers to manage expectations and implement effective project control and reporting mechanisms.
• Provide and implement technical solutions for significant challenges including vibration, sealing, and thermal cycling.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with raw material and component suppliers, ensuring quality standards.
• Analyze and resolve high-impact system problems using advanced diagnostic techniques and troubleshooting tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Technical expertise in electronic component development for off-road construction or diesel engines.
• Strong knowledge of electronics engineering, including analog, CAN, and PWM sensor output types.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and monitor significant projects, including risk mitigation and cost estimation.
• Must be based in Singapore; no visa sponsorship provided.
• English: Professional proficiency required for application and communication.
