What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical implementation and system integration projects across APAC and global markets.
• Own integrated project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage complex integration programs involving enterprise platforms, contact center technologies, CRM, and cloud services.
• Coordinate project resources across multiple countries and functions using Jira to track delivery risks and health.
• Oversee testing, UAT, and production readiness to ensure successful transition into production.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers while driving operational maturity and project management standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of project or program management experience delivering complex enterprise technology integrations.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Experience managing implementations involving cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project planning, governance, and reporting.
• Must be based in Singapore and open to international travel.
• English: C1+ required for senior stakeholder management and complex client relationships.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, CTI, or platforms like Genesys and Avaya.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Remedy/BMC platforms.
• Background in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or carrier integrations.
• Experience supporting government, public sector, or healthcare customers, particularly Singapore GCC environments.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve project delivery and reporting.
