What you will do

• Architect and operate production platforms that power AI-driven QA and automated release readiness across multiple device families.
• Design AI-powered test intelligence systems that analyze code changes and generate executable tests.
• Build automated release scoring platforms using policy-as-code enforcement to reduce manual gatekeeping.
• Develop real-time data pipelines that aggregate quality metrics into unified dashboards for engineering leadership.
• Partner with feature teams to integrate platforms into CI/CD workflows and define reliability SLAs.
• Drive technical direction through design reviews and mentor peers on building resilient distributed systems.

Requirements

• Experience leading the architecture and design of scalable, reliable systems.
• Professional software development experience (excluding internships).
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# with strong object-oriented design skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with the full SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, and operations.
