hirify.global is a Series B fintech startup building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. leveraging AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to revolutionize remittances.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend services using React and Python.
• Contribute to architecture decisions to scale payment and financial infrastructure.
• Develop cloud-native solutions utilizing GCP services such as Pub/Sub, Firestore, and BigQuery.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, system observability, and internal developer tooling.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in full-stack development: Python (backend) and React, JavaScript, and CSS (frontend).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Must be based in Bogota.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, Redis, or gRPC.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like NewRelic and PagerDuty.
