Full-Stack Developer (Java/Spring)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with one home-office day per week

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve internally used web applications.
• Design and deliver software solutions that follow architectural standards.
• Refactor and optimize legacy code to improve reliability and performance.
• Analyze the existing codebase and propose application- and architecture-level improvements.
• Test, fine-tune, and deploy new software features.
• Contribute to business-as-usual development tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• Understanding of Java EE and experience with Spring.
• Web development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and JSP.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js.
