What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features for a web-based enterprise SaaS application.
• Lead application architecture decisions and produce clear, well-defined design documentation.
• Mentor fellow engineers and guide high-quality delivery across multiple developers.
• Implement backend APIs in Node.js and develop SPAs using React, Vue, or Ember.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers within an Agile software development life cycle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software bugs to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing web-based enterprise SaaS applications.
• Must be located in Canada.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Ember.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/JSON APIs using Swagger or OpenAPI Spec.
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Proven ability to solve technical problems independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js and modern ES6 or TypeScript.
• Practical experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
