What you will do

• Collaborate with product marketers and designers to translate product strategy into engaging demo experiences.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and storytelling demonstrations for major Salesforce product launches.
• Own the architecture of software prototypes and physical experiences for keynote presentations.
• Create reusable frameworks and tools to accelerate the speed and quality of future demo development.
• Experiment with emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, and AR to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Manage vendors and coordinate across multiple internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform development, including Admin, Apex, Experience Sites, Aura, and LWC.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control (Git) and cloud infrastructure (hirify.global, AWS).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight, event-driven deadlines.
• Proven track record of taking creative engineering concepts from concept to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of non-traditional display formats (AR/VR, large-format screens, or car dashboards).
• Experience in native mobile development and backend services (REST APIs, microservices).
• Experience integrating and testing hardware with software APIs.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
