What you will do

• Lead a development squad to design, build, and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Serve as the guardian for squad code quality, processes, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers in design patterns, technologies, and coding styles.
• Independently develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs.
• Drive continuous improvement of product development methods to increase productivity.
• Participate actively in the Agile development process.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial software.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL.
• Experience with Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Core/.NET v5+ and Entity Framework.
• Experience creating and consuming OData v3/4 APIs.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and NPM package management.
