What you will do

  • Define and maintain the coordinated product and technology roadmap for the Defense & Government portfolio, ensuring FedRAMP and security compliance.
  • Translate strategic leadership goals into actionable programs with defined owners and accountability frameworks.
  • Act as the central link between product management, engineering, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Establish structured governance and decision-making frameworks to reduce dependency on individual heroics.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and business analysts.
  • Manage government contracting mechanics, including RFP responses and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (Work authorization alone is not sufficient).
  • 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior product, engineering, or program delivery roles.
  • Proven experience working with US Government programs, defense contracting, or highly regulated technology environments.
  • Knowledge of US Government security and compliance frameworks, specifically FedRAMP and FISMA.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate without formal organizational command.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
