What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable AI-enabled digital ecosystems for manufacturing operations.
• Develop governance, standards, and architectures for low-code and AI solutions.
• Enable business functions to build applications, dashboards, automations, and workflows.
• Coach and train citizen developers while providing technical guidance.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, analytics, and rapid-prototyping opportunities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams while ensuring cybersecurity, compliance, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with manufacturing processes and shopfloor systems improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, automation, digital transformation, predictive quality, predictive maintenance, and production optimization.
• Experience integrating systems, databases, APIs, middleware, SAP/ERP, MES, IoT, and industrial data sources.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, data analytics, visualization, data governance, and OT cybersecurity skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, copilots, machine learning applications, and industrial AI use cases.
• Knowledge of quality systems such as QMS and FMEA.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPS, Industry 4.0, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Experience leading citizen development or digital enablement programs.
