What you will do

• Perform bank reconciliations, funding monitoring, and fixed asset reconciliation for assigned properties.
• Manage general ledger reviews, prepare journal entries, and handle loan posting.
• Execute all tasks related to the monthly closing of the accounting books.
• Handle bank account openings and necessary tasks following the acquisition or disposition of properties.
• Prepare specialized reports for accounting management and complete assigned projects.

Requirements

• Accounting degree and CPA license required.
• Cum laude or better graduate from a university known for its academic excellence.
• 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization and with external parties.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
