TL;DR
Lead UI UX Designer (Gamedev): Defining the UX strategy and visual identity for an AAA third-person action-adventure RPG with an accent on player-centered design and high-fidelity deliverables. Focus on bridging creative vision with technical execution in Unreal Engine 5, managing localization pipelines, and leading a team of designers.
Location: Must be legally able to work in Canada and be based in the province of Quebec. Flexible hybrid setup (office presence preferred but not required).

What you will do
- Define and drive the project's UX strategy and visual identity to ensure a cohesive player experience.
- Personally produce high-fidelity UI/UX deliverables, including wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to synchronize the player experience end-to-end.
- Guide and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering strong workflows and design craft.
- Translate complex gameplay systems into intuitive, immersive, and accessible interfaces.
- Oversee localization pipelines and lead the creation of advanced motion graphics for the UI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in game development.
- Proven track record of shipping at least one AAA title with ownership of UX and visual identity.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of Unreal Engine 5 implementation pipelines and console TRC compliance.
- Must be based in the province of Quebec and legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Confident communication in both French and English (French is the primary studio language).
