What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end revenue accounting process for newly acquired entities from acquisition through integration into hirify.global’s financial reporting processes.
• Partner with the Finance Integrations team to transition acquired businesses into hirify.global’s revenue accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Analyze acquired entity revenue data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Prepare monthly revenue-related AR files, including accruals, process reclasses, and integration adjustments.
• Perform detailed revenue reconciliations and investigate missing commissions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Regional Finance, FP&A, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and seamless integration activities.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for revenue data reconciliation and accurate commission posting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced acquisition environment.
• Knowledge of revenue accounting and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Experience supporting timely and accurate month-end close activities.
• Ability to document revenue accounting processes and internal controls and recommend process improvements.
