Strategic Engagements Specialist III

Location: Must be based in Falls Church, VA (Onsite)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact and action officer between the DCSC and external partners.
• Maintain engagement activity rosters and provide weekly summary reports.
• Advocate for organizational interests through public speaking, presentations, and written communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engagement strategies with operational initiatives.
• Conduct intake and review of all engagement requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Public Relations required.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in strategic engagement or relationship management.
• Experience supporting the Department of Defense is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the Defense Health Agency or Military Health System.
