Senior Application Administrator

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for assigned enterprise applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot application software and supporting components.
• Plan and execute installations, upgrades, patches, and application releases across development, pre-production, and production.
• Configure and maintain application interfaces, APIs, and related integrations.
• Implement and maintain STIGs and SRGs; produce cybersecurity compliance documentation and artifacts.
• Research, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities from cybersecurity scanning and assessments; coordinate incident resolution to maintain high availability.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience administering enterprise applications in a Windows and/or Linux environment.
• Current DoD 8140-approved certification such as Security+, Cloud+, GSEC, GICSP, SSCP, or higher-level equivalent.
• Experience with application installations, upgrades, deployments, and lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing STIGs, SRGs, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex application issues.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Defense or other Federal Government enterprise environments.
• Experience administering mission-critical applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of application release management and configuration management processes.
• Experience with application integrations, APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, networking, and enterprise infrastructure; experience with cloud or hybrid environments.
