What you will do

• Deliver high-quality features end-to-end, from scoping and design to implementation and release.
• Build and validate AI-integrated features and LLM-powered functionality using sound engineering judgment.
• Leverage AI coding agents and tools to accelerate development velocity and resolve system issues faster.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to refine ambiguous requirements into valuable deliverables.
• Maintain system reliability by applying best practices for observability, quality, and incident response.
• Support production releases and ensure systems remain stable post-deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong full-stack range with modern React/TypeScript frontends and a typed or Pythonic backend.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems end-to-end and shipping with measurable impact.
• Substantial experience in architectural code reviews.
• Daily proficiency with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code).
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, or Costa Rica.
