Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python/React)

What you will do

• Develop performant APIs, services, and frontend experiences using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate MarTech stacks, connecting third-party platforms and internal services.
• Design and ship AI-powered internal tools to automate marketing workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Implement cost tracking, PII hygiene, and human review steps for AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to move prototypes to production.
• Mentor other engineers and drive the adoption of emerging AI tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience with Python.
• 4+ years of recent experience with React.
• Strong SQL skills and production experience with MySQL.
• Experience building, testing, and documenting APIs.
• Must be based in Spain.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).

Nice to have

• Experience with MarTech (HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, etc.).
• Experience building production AI tools using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (SQS, SNS, Kafka).
• Experience with ElasticSearch or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools like Datadog.
