What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant software components.
• Develop frameworks and toolings for the Universal Directory Service platform.
• Deliver high-quality bug fixes and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Conduct quality code reviews and implement automated testing.
• Partner with Product Development, QA, and SRE teams to scope development and deployment work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience in Java, specifically with Hibernate and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience building services, internal tools, and frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience automating and deploying large-scale production services in AWS, GCP, or similar.
• Practical understanding and application of SQL databases.
• Experience working with systems of scale, ranging from monolithic applications to microservices.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.

Nice to have

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with the Go programming language.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Active Directory or Microsoft Azure.
