What you will do

• Lead the field-side implementation of physical and logical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Coordinate the deployment of Zero Trust Network (ZTN) architecture in alignment with CISO-defined policies and network segmentation.
• Manage specialist security contractors, review technical submittals and shop drawings, and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Track security delivery milestones within the construction schedule and conduct site walks to identify field conflicts.
• Facilitate commissioning and acceptance testing activities to ensure system readiness and operational turnover.
• Maintain comprehensive as-built records, device inventories, and handover packages for the operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in security systems construction or deployment within data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with physical access control systems and IP camera/CCTV platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multi-trade installation schedules and resolve punch list items in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Network concepts and ability to coordinate field activities based on security architecture.
• Strong coordination skills to interface between construction, engineering, and corporate security functions.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering security systems for hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centers.
• Certifications in physical security such as PSP or CPP.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, or Verkada platforms.
• Experience with multi-site or global program delivery across EMEA, APAC, or North America.
