What you will do

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Conduct research and prototyping to define technical solutions in close cooperation with product architects.
• Develop high-quality software components applying best design and coding practices.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality and maintain standards.
• Participate in sprint planning and define iteration goals.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuously improve team processes.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Poland.
• Strong proficiency in .Net, C#, JS, TS, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience in performance optimization and software development life cycle (Estimation, Development Flow).
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development and LLM fundamentals (model types, capabilities, and limitations).
• Strong problem analysis and solution-solving capabilities.
