What you will do

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across key product categories.
• Plan and deliver promotional campaigns, merchandising, branded displays, demo units, and point-of-sale materials.
• Manage the national promotional calendar and align activities with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Guide the Field Sales organisation by setting priorities, targets, incentive programmes, and campaign execution plans.
• Own the trade marketing budget, optimize investment allocation, and track ROI and performance.
• Analyse trade and category performance and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or commercial excellence in a B2C environment.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, and/or consumer electronics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of in-store execution, promotional calendars, and trade partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
