What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve software solutions to provide business and platform capabilities.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance using industry-aligned frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the organization's technology communities.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured tasks.

Requirements

• Extensive development background in C# .NET.
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Gitlab.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Must be based in the Prague office.

Nice to have

• Experience in UI development using Angular.
• Hands-on experience with caching and messaging technologies like Redis, Kafka, or Solace.
• Familiarity with Observability tools such as Elastic or Observe.
