Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 CAD (OTE base & bonus)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and audit Data Quality, Data Governance, and MDM solutions leveraging the hirify.global platform.
• Own complex, high-visibility customer engagements end-to-end, from solution design to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, architecture designs, and agile prototypes.
• Mentor junior consultants and share project experience to improve team engagement approaches.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to influence the product roadmap based on field insights.
• Configure and tune solutions to meet specific customer performance and functional requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Data Quality, MDM, Data Governance, ETL, or Data Integration.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
• Solid experience with Python and working with XML, SOAP, REST, and JSON.
• Proven track record of leading full project lifecycles independently in customer-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Must be based in Toronto for a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Life Sciences.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Familiarity with SDLC, Unix/Linux, NoSQL, or Kafka.
• Experience working for a software vendor or product company.
