What you will do

• Define and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements for scalability.
• Manage relations and negotiations with local partners and acquirers.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of results.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor and optimize team and organizational performance.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, strategy, or a related role.
• Experience in the Payments Industry, Fintechs, or Digital Banks.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, project management software (Asana, Trello), and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Fluent written and verbal English.
