What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic PR programs to elevate brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Lead the analyst relations strategy, including briefings, inquiries, and engagement programs.
• Partner with marketing, product, and partner teams to create integrated narratives across earned and owned channels.
• Manage external PR agency relationships to ensure alignment with business goals and ROI.
• Track and report on PR performance metrics to leadership.
• Support executive media engagement, including interview preparation and speaking opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 5–8+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or analyst relations within B2B technology companies.
• Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans that align with business objectives.
• Strong storytelling instincts and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience managing external agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of earned, owned, and shared media channels.

• Experience in HCM, HR technology, or SaaS industries.
